UKIIMARC Abuse report 3rd

Date & Time of incident: 22:17 - 28/03/2012

What Happened: (As detailed as possible) Marc Promoted TehMightyPirate or John Quesda to Operator when John gave marc a few games as a bribe. Marc did not consult with other admins. He also did not tell anybody of this bribe. TehMightyPirate said to me that the total of all the games was $300 at least.

What Rules Were Broken: Promotion,

Were Any Powers Abused?: The power to promote

Evidence: (Console/Witnesses/Screenshots etc.) John saw all of this and can vouch. I also have transcriipts and screenshots:

First off it wasn't a bribe. You all can't tell a joke from the actual thing.

Also I didn't accept the as you would say "bribe" untill I asked henrik if I could make him op Henrik then said yes.

And yes he did give me a game But its just OP not Admin or Super admin so Sonny stop tyring to get me kicked im going to talk with Henrik and the Rest of TYOG to get you removed from the server completely.

I did not write that, Sonny. And you went out of TYOG Gmod Team, so you do not apparently know that both me, Dylan, and Marc voted Yes for Pirate.

He did NOT get promoted because of the bribe.

So did you tell Henrik that you were accepting a game? Or did you tell Henrik why you were wanting to make him Op all of a sudden?
